Ken, Danielle and I headed for Boston early this week and took a subway into the city to do some site seeing. Danielle got a few chuckles watching her parents trying to navigate the mass transit systems but all & all we MAY have made it home without her there :)
The city is very clean & user-friendly. We followed the freedom trail which was about 2.5 mi. through the city passing various historical sites.
Paul Revere's tiny headstone |
Not to worry- he got a statue : |
We saw so many neat things:
beautiful architecture, old churches & cemeteries, meeting houses, homes, parks, etc.
You could rent a church box for your family- the beginning of pew claiming in the church:) |
great weather- so much fun with my honeys |
very cool |
