Goodbye Christmas

Till Next Year

Yes, I know, for a Christian- Christmas is all year.
But, people think you are weird if you keep your decorations up!

So farewell Manger

Nutcracker collection

Don't tell the neighbors but I still have my Christmas village up!
I will have it down by Valentine's Day- for sure!

New addition (from Ken)

Something the neighbors do know
is that we still turn our outdoor lights on from time to time
(forgive us Gabby)

They are so pretty!!!

Last of The Christmas Posts

BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!

Bright Nights

Ken and I went to see Springfield's The Bright Nights display in a near-by park. We got complimentary tickets at the Ball that we went to by that same name. See previous post Going to the ball.
There are 650,000 bulbs, 406 pieces of display, it takes 60 days to set up and 50 to tear down.
Here are a few of the highlights... well- maybe more than a few

These are for Benny

My favorite

It was a lot of fun!

Smith Family Christmas

I know we are not all Smith's but this seems to be the best way to describe our gathering.
My sister Heather and her husband Ken hosted the post-Christmas party.
(new family tradition)
We all had such a great time, I wish we could get together more often!

Christmas With The Kids

We had our family Christmas at Heather and Andy's again this year. This may be a tradition as long as we are in MA. It is about 4 and a half hours for us and usually 1hr and 15 for Gabby, Justin, & Katie. Although this year I think it took them about 4 hours to get home (gotta love the North East)

This picture was pirated from Heather's blog. I had to trash a lot of my pictures- blurry. I was using Ken's iPhone.

Ben enjoying his stamps

Ben is always blurry in my pictures (he never stops moving)

Lots of Cassidy loving!

My girls were this small once (sigh)

All Benny wanted for Christmas was for Chris to throw him around!

Heather's picture

I don't think he did that himself.

Also, Heather's picture
End of a really great celebration!

Okay, One more stolen picture :)
